Train, bus and car
Nieuw-Vennep station is on the Leiden–Schiphol–Amsterdam line, with direct trains to Schiphol and Amsterdam Centraal and, in the other direction, to Leiden. R-net bus 397 stops about 100 metres from the house and runs on its own bus lane via Schiphol to Amsterdam, so no traffic jams. By car, the N207 and A4 take you to Hoofddorp, Schiphol, Amsterdam Zuid and Leiden.
